Detection of Error Part quickly


spGauge

spGauge compares Point Cloud Data and 3D CAD Data, and changes color of the error part in Point Cloud Data. So it is possible to detect them quickly.

 

Appropriate Mold Modification


spGauge

spGauge detects the parts with Filling Insufficiency, and it is possible to judge changing the molding conditions.

By using Point Data measured by contact-based probing devices, it is judged as “A positional dislocation of the Boss Center”.

On the other hand, by using Point Cloud Data measured by Non-contact Digitizer, it is possible to detect as “Leaning Boss”.

As a result, the times of modification is reduced.

 

Confirmation of Thickness & Spring-Back variation without cutting


spGauge

It is possible to confirm Thickness by Error Map without cutting a Plastic Product, a Cast Product, and a Forged Product.

And On a Press Product, it is possible to confirm the variation of Spring-Back and Warp.
