spScan is a reverse engineering software to create a NURBS surface from the non-contact measurement data.

A surface with the available quality in CAD/CAM/CAE, can be created in a short period of time (including automatic processing).

Description

Purpose


Mold Measurement & Reverse

1. Create a master data for mass production.
Create a CAD mold data from the mold measurement data (partial reverse)

2. Create a Copy mold data.

 

Product Measurement & Reverse

1. Analysis and CAD feedback of prototype product.
- Creating simple surface for design such as interference (Fitting) etc.
- Various simulation such as strength/vibration/fluid

2. Data creation of coincident product (past product).

3. Other company’s products (functional products) analysis.
